A 58-year-old man who looks far younger than his actual age has revealed the secret behind his youthful appearance.
Chuando Tan, a one-time pop star from Singapore, shares photos on his Instagram account that have left people in awe at his true age as he shows off his wrinkle-free skin and chiselled jawline.
Tan, who initially went viral back in 2017 after a Chinese website featured his Instagram profile, gained a slew of followers thanks to his ripped body which makes him look decades younger than he actually is.
Images of the 58-year-old have circulated once again on social media, leaving people in awe over his age-defying looks, - but he has previously revealed the secret to keeping in such good shape despite being just a couple of years off the big 60.

Speaking to CNA in 2023, Tan revealed he was able to maintain a youthful look belying his years thanks to following a strict diet.
He says a typical breakfast consists of protein shakes, or oatmeal with eggs, honey and avocado, while lunch and dinner would consist of a steamed or grilled protein, such as chicken or fish, in a broth with rice.
While he avoids processed food, he does not completely cut out treats from his diet, and eats tempura or dessert such as ice cream on occasion.
Tan says another important part of maintaining such a healthy lifestyle is that he has a consistently upbeat mindset, which comes from the messages of positivity from far and wide across the globe.

However, he has removed himself from the spotlight over the past 12 months, having not posted on Instagram since April 5 2023
Speaking to CNA, he said: 'I don't think I'm that good looking to the extent of going viral to be really honest.
'I would like to think that people follow me because the way I am at 56, maybe that gives them some hope about learning a thing or two about living a healthy lifestyle.'
While Tan accepts that genetics helped to play a role in forming his impressive figure, he revealed that his health and fitness journey began conventionally at a young age, as he started lifting weights in his early 20s.
Reacting to pictures of him on X, formerly Twitter, other users pointed out that genetics has a large role to play in how toned or muscular someone is able to look as they age.
One user wrote: 'Breakdown of his genes too, please'.
A second added: 'SPOILER: It’s genetics…'
Another posted: 'Great genetics'.
A fourth pointed out that he would also likely use hair dye, commenting: 'Yeah but how do you stop the hair from going gray and falling out though?'

'By the time I reach 60, of course I'm still going to do whatever I love but I would want to take care of my inner self, mental health and all that,' he shared.
However, he has removed himself from the spotlight over the past 12 months, having not posted on Instagram since April 5 2023.
Before he went viral, Tan owned a photography business, ChuanDo & Frey, which has seen him shoot high-profile Asian celebrities including Rosamund Kwan and Shu Qi.
He also shot Janet Jackson's 2008 album cover for her album, Discipline.
For now though, after almost a decade being in the limelight across social media, his next move is unclear.
